reconfirm my anger and their poor system.
Basically I signed up online arranged a delivery two weeks ago. NTL no
reply, so i give them a ring, and can't speak to anyone from online
sales as they don't have an inbound number. I ask for a call back 4
times.... Still no calls 7 days later.
Really need bb so ring up sales they say someone is coming. Wouldn't
be suprised if they don't turn up.
Some companies really annoy me when they don't look after potential or
existing customers. It takes little resource to get maximum return.
Watch this space for an update on NTL hell.
